What most people living on earth are searching?

Most people living on earth are searching for their own security and significant.

My Sunday school teacher said the above, and I found the essence was very much encapsulated. Then I thought after our earth years, what could we bring into eternity? I don’t think any security built on earth can be brought into eternity, however certain significance may. My hope is that I am significant in God’s eyes.
