Abusing sacred ritual on malicious scheme in fulfilling personal desire (Genesis 34)

After reading Genesis 34...

We are shrewd and cunning, and able to base on any excuse or any mistakes of other parties not only to justify the calling from flesh and blood fulfilling one's personal desire, the worse is that we sometimes abuse and use sacred ritual to achieve personal goal - to conquer for personal satisfaction.

As one can see within Genesis 34, there isn't any trace of God's intervention - God didn't tell Jacob base on the violation of her daughter that his family could loot Hivite, abusively via sacred circumcision ritual, only that all acts are people selfish intervention.

Isn't that kind of parallel to the very first "Fall of Man" (Genesis 3:1-13)? The serpent knew every word from God throughout and used God's word to conquer God's children. Be aware that sacred ritual/teaching not to be used to profit self-interest - tying up or hindering the spreading of gospel. Reconciling relationship between men and God through Jesus Christ is the sole objective.
