The business of Spiritual formation & direction is a process of making one out of business, because as the spiritual seedling grows in a person, God becomes being more control on the person’s life. Not only the growing person involves learning to “let go & let God”, also the people around the growing person are learning to “let go & let God”, in which their spiritual seedlings are growing as well. Therefore, “spiritual formation and direction” is a group journey, although it sometimes involves solitude time for personal reflection. The triune God becomes more the owner than any one of us, in which God has already been the owner since the very beginning, only that our senses are blunt in recognizing His presence and His authority.
