Void and/or False and/or True Ceremonies?

Ceremonies are starting points of relationship building. Ceremonies themselves are not of any proof of commitments, but declarations of commitments. Actually, evidence of commitments comes after declarations.

We have many ceremonies to begin relationships: treaty, partnership, marriages, and baptisms.

Treaty usually is an agreement among countries. The signed agreements require execution to follow.

Partnership is a contract between two parties of working towards a set goal(s). The goal(s) is/are yet to be achieved.

Marriage is a vow between a man and a woman of being united for life. There is long list of tasks to build up this relationship for rest of their lives.

Baptism is a like a marriage between a person to Christ. Much accepting grace, commitments, prayers, Bible studies, offerings, meditation, fellowship to help building up the person's relationship with God.

  • Of course, both parties have to be sound and fully aware when committing to a ceremony, else the ceremony is void.
  • Of course, both parties have to execute the original meaning of a ceremony, else the ceremony is false.
  • Of course, if both parties were sound and fully aware when committing to the ceremony plus they continue on executing its original meaning of the ceremony, then the ceremony is true.
